On February 19, 2016, on behalf of the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, H.E. Chea Chanto, H.E. Neav Chanthana, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia attended the opening ceremony to commemorate ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO’s) successful conversion from a company limited by guarantee to an international organization at the MAS building in Singapore.
