On 12th December 2016, H.E. Chea Serey, Director General of Central Banking Directorate, National Bank of Cambodia, delivers Welcome Remarks in the training course on “Reserve Assets Measurement” which is held from 12th – 16th December 2016 at NBC. The training course is organized by the IMF’s TAOLAM Office in collaboration with the NBC. It is very important in strengthening the quality of external statistics and monetary and financial statistics. The training course provides the participants with deeper understanding of the compilation methodology and measurement of reserve assets which is useful for monitoring economic development, conducting economic policies, and to assess the impact of these policies.
