On 29 July 2019 Her Excellency Neav Chanthana, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, led “Risk-Based Supervision Task Force” in discussion with Mr. Glenn Tasky, Director of Financial Stability and Supervision & Payment and Settlement Systems from SEACEN, on the technical assistance in formulating rules and procedures as well as capacity building for bank supervisors to implement Risk-Based Supervision.
