H.E. Rath Sovannorak, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia attends the SEACEN High-Level Seminar and Meeting for Deputy Governor on "Financial Stability and Supervision" in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This high-level seminar and meeting is attended by 35 deputy governors, assistant governors and senior officials from 19 SEACEN member organizations to discuss the topics of financial stability, innovations, risks and challenges to banking and financial system as well as crisis management and resolution.
