H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, has presided over the official launching ceremony of “Banking and Financial Institutions’ Standard Loan Contract and Standard Text of Contractual Terms” on Tuesday 29th August 2023 at Center for Banking Studies (CBS). The implementation of this guideline is another new milestone of the banking sector in contributing to consumer protection as well as the financial inclusion in Cambodia and contributes to the implementation of the “Pentagonal Strategy - Phase I” of the Royal Government for the Seventh Legislature. This event has a total number of approximately 300 participants, including National Bank of Cambodia, Consumer Protection Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF), Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC), Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), Cambodia Association of Finance and Technology, and banking and financial institutions.
