H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, along with deputy governors and senior management, held a working meeting with officials and staff at the National Bank of Cambodia Kampot Branch on the afternoon of Friday, July 26, 2024.
During the meeting, H.E. Dr. Serey expressed her appreciation for the progress made by all officers and staff and urged them to further their efforts in enhancing financial literacy among local residents. She emphasised that such effort is crucial for fostering a deeper understanding of utilizing financial services effectively and responsibly. Furthermore, she stressed the importance of building stronger ties with relevant provincial ministries and associated entities. This would facilitate staying informed about local developments, enabling accurate and comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the prevailing circumstances.
