Q1: When was the Center for Banking Studies founded and what is the relationship with the National Bank of Cambodia?
A.The CBS was founded on December 1, 1994. It is a public school and is one of the departments at the National Bank of Cambodia. The goal of the CBS is to prepare graduates with the latest knowledge, skills, and practices on banking and finance. The school is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

Q2: What are the requirements for students who want to enroll in the Center for Banking Studies?
A. Students who want to enroll at the Center for Banking Studies must first hold a high school diploma or an equivalent degree and take the mandatory entrance examination at the CBS. Once the student successfully passes the exam, he or she is accepted to enroll in the program.

Q3: What are the entrance exam subjects at the Center for Banking Studies and how long will the test take?
A. There are three subjects for the entrance examination: General Knowledge, Mathematics and English. It will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for each subject.

A. The CBS issues to students who have successfully completed the program an Associate's Degree in Banking. The certificate is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

A. The period of study is two years that is comprised of four semesters. There are 28 subjects divided into 4 semesters.

A.Students could expect to pay 2,000,000 riels ($500USD) for the entire two year course or 500,000 riels ($125) per semester (for four semesters)
