On July 10th 2018, H.E. CHEA Serey, Assistant Governor and Director General of Central Banking, attended as a guest speaker for Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneur in Asia session at the 2018 Global Summer Programme which is scheduled to be held on 2 - 27 July 2018, at the Lien Centre for Social Innovation, Singapore Management University. During this session, H.E. CHEA Serey has shared her expertise regarding technology in financial sector, financial inclusion and poverty reduction to the SMU international exchange students.
