- Complete the application for using the NBCP system of the National Bank of Cambodia

- Sign the terms and conditions of the National Bank of Cambodia Platform (NBCP)

- Fill out the user registration form in the NBCP system

- Request to connect to the NBC NET network (if the institution is not yet connected)

- Board Resolution of the financial institution

- Resolution or letter of appointment of the financial institution's representative

- Acknowledgment Letter of the CEO from the National Bank of Cambodia

- License of financial institution's issued by the National Bank of Cambodia

- Valid identification card/passport (signed by the cardholder or passport holder)

- Current Account number in Khmer Riel and US Dollars at the National Bank of Cambodia.
