On Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 12:40 pm, Her Excellency Chea Serey, Assistant Governor and Director General of Central Banking, National Bank of Cambodia will participate in the impact summit of the 5th Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) 2020 organized by Monetary Authority of Singapore. In that occasion, H.E. will virtually take part in the panel discussion on “Foundation of Trust: Building the Digital National Infrastructure” with other panelists from Bank for International Settlement (BIS) and representative from SETU. The important points to be discussed in this panel include i/- Vision for building digital national infrastructure, ii/- Actions to be implemented in building digital infrastructure, iii/- How to keep pace between digital infrastructure and digital economy and iv/- government actions on building digital infrastructure.
