On Tuesday, 23 February 2021, H.E. Neav Chanthana, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia attended the UNCDF’s Shaping Inclusive Finance Transformations (SHIFT) ASEAN Board Meeting via virtual platform. The board meeting is organized twice a year to discuss, consult and approve the action plan and the progress of the SHIFT program implementation.
