H.E. Chea Chanto, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), paid a visit to NBC - Prey Veng and Svay Reang Branch on 4-5 July, 2022 to strengthen relationship. During the meeting, H.E. Governor emphasized a few key highlight including: i/- good practical experience of NBC that all NBC’s provincial branches remain operational during the pandemic due to the following of government and health ministry’s procedures, ii/- the contribution of NBC-Prey Veng and Svay Reang branch to boost public trust and the development of Cambodia’s banking system, and iii/- reminding NBC-Prey Veng and Svay Reang branch staff to boost their potential and be a value asset for the institution by continuous capacity development. H.E. governor also remind all participants to remain follow government instruction to prevent the spread of Covid-19 although the number of confirmed cases decrease and urge to get vaccinated against covid-19 with the fifth booster shot.
