H.E. Dr. Chea Chanto, Honorary Governor and H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia presided over Banker’s Annual Dinner 2023 on December 11, 2023. In this event, the Association of Banks in Cambodia, Cambodian Microfinance Association and Cambodia Association of Finance & Technology, representing banking and financial institutions, handed over Plaque of Appreciation to H.E. Chea Chanto, Honorary Governor for his outstanding leadership in building the banking system in Cambodia from Mono-Banking to two-tier banking system, from public investment to private investment of both local and foreign investors. In that occasion, H.E. Chea Chanto, Honorary Governor said that the development of Cambodia’s economy and the banking system in particular depend on the country being completely peaceful and politically stable under the wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the great political leader of Win-Win Policy.
