H.E.Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, led the management of the National Bank of Cambodia in laying wreaths and paying respects to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, the great hero and father of Cambodia’s independence, territorial integrity, and national unity, “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh”, at the monument located in the East Garden of the Independence Monument, on the morning of October 15, 2025, to commemorate the 13th anniversary of His Majesty’s passing.
