H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, participated as a panel speaker at the 6th Bloomberg ASEAN Business Summit under the theme “Inflation, Employment, and Currencies: Central Banks in Focus” on October 27, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

During the discussion, H.E. the Governor shared insights on maintaining financial stability and Cambodia’s ongoing efforts to safeguard the integrity of the financial system, which are essential to enhance investor confidence. She also emphasized the importance of enhancing international cooperation to effectively address emerging global challenges, particularly the growing risks of online financial fraud.

Furthermore, she highlighted Cambodia’s progress in developing key infrastructure projects that support a more conducive investment environment, foster the diversification of exports and markets, and ultimately enhance the country’s economic resilience and competitiveness.
